A reputable organization is seeking to hire one (1) competent and experienced Sales Person to join its team based in Lusaka. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate invoices and receipts
• Prepare monthly sales reports
• Conduct research on competitors’ products and services
• Identify new prospect and new sales leads.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with clients. Develop strong, ongoing
  relationships with prospects and customers.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
• Receive and handle Clients’ grievances in a professional manner.
• Create awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
• Deliver presentations on company products.
• Ensuring all sales Targets are met
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the
  sales effort.
• Track all sales activities and update information regularly.
• Keeping track of clients and orders
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
• Deliver orders using a motorbike

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or any related field.
  
• Must have a valid Motorbike License – Mandatory requirement
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• One (1) year minimum work experience in sales, marketing of or any related field
• Good oral and written communication skills.
  Good interpersonal skills. Result-driven and organized individual.
• Positive attitude and professional manner towards work.
• Good negotiation and sales skills.
• Able to provide accurate local market information in a timely manner.
• Should have strong networking and management abilities.
• Should be computer literate
