Receptionist/Cashier (Ndola) (Position) 1

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 O levels credits including mathematics & English.
  • Diploma in secretarial Training
  • Diploma in a Business-related field will be added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written/verbal.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office Packages, Office Equipment and Application.

Main Duties will include;

  • Welcoming all clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Responding to customer queries both telephone inbound/outbound and Walk-ins
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and Tidy.
  • Ensure all marketing materials at the reception area are always tidily placed.
  • Ensure all marketing materials at the reception area are always tidily placed.
  • Ensure the image of the branch is always impeccable.
  • Handling of petty cash.
  • Bank and Petty cash reconciliations.
  • Preparation of Bank transactions involving Daily Banking.
