Our Successful Night Auditor…
manage all tasks of customer service, including meetings with guests, site visits, discussions of options, managing compliments and complaints, maintaining the client database
ensure all the Hotel’s outlets are audited at night in accordance with the Hotel’s procedures, then compile and distribute financial reports resulting from the audit
ensure the Housekeeping and Reception service continues through the night for guest arrivals and requests
check alarm systems and keep the Hotel Security informed of non-compliance
build a competent & motivated team of accounting staff through confident and caring leadership
work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards
Qualifications & Experiences
Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate or equivalent
Must have at least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent from a highly reputable institution of learning
Must have a minimum of two (02) years of Night Auditing experience
Should be highly computer literate in Office Packages
Knowledge in Opera System operations
