Greet guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival.
Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
Provide information about hotel facilities, and services.
Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain a neat and organized lobby area.
Assist in valet parking services if required.
Qualifications and Experience
Full Grade twelve (12) certificate
Recognized & relevant Hotel profession qualification
Minimum of two (02) years of Front Office operational experience in a similar establishment
