Varun Beverages Zambia Ltd a leading Beverage manufacturing company situated at plot No. 37426, Mungwi Road in Heavy Industrial Area, Lusaka is URGENTLY looking to recruit suitably qualified individual to fill the position of SENIOR TETRA PAK TECHNICIAN.
Department : Production – Dairy
Reporting to: Plant Manager -Dairy
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Maintenance and operation of Tetra Pak (Aseptic Filling Machines).
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of Machines.
- Productivity and yield of packed products, monitoring machine condition and prepare schedule accordingly.
- Maintenance of spare parts store UHT sterilizer, TBA 8.
- Arranging materials for production as per the requirements.
- Monitoring and supervising of manpower under section and training on the machine for operation.
- Preparing daily reports, documentation, SOP,
- Responsible for Packaging integrity during production of ESL and Tetra.
- Maintaining section hygiene and cleaning and other asigned duties.
- Must have a minimum of Diploma in Electrical Technician / Technologist or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience, will prefer candidates from only Same industries.
