MATHEMATICS, AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS AND AGRICULTURE LECTURER (03)
REQUIREMENTS
- An earned Diploma or Degree in related field from a reputable and accredited University.
- Must have TEVETA accreditation
- Two to three (2-3) years teaching experience.
- A fully paid up member of a relevant profession body with a valid practicing license.
- A Certificate, Diploma in Teaching/Lecturing Methodology or Degree in Education.
- Previous experience at a Trade School or College will be an added advantage.
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach the assigned courses.
- Develop as well as improve teaching materials for the assigned courses.
- Facilitate discussions and sessions.
- Prepare teaching file at the start of term for the assigned courses.
KEY QUALITIES AND SKILLS:
- Self-motivated and resourceful with strong intellectual ability.
- Ability to research and create new knowledge.
- Should be a goal getter and a team player.
- Able to work in busy environment with minimum supervision
