Position: Drill Technician
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Drill Technology or a related field.
- Must be above 25 years old.
- Possession of a valid silicosis certificate.
- Proven experience in drill operations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain drilling equipment according to safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on drilling machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and technical issues related to drilling operations.
- Collaborate with the drilling team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of drilling equipment and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to work off-site as required.
