Job Description: We are currently hiring skilled and experienced individuals for the positions of Skimmer and Builder. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in their respective roles and possess relevant certifications. These roles will involve various tasks related to construction and finishing work.
Skimmer Responsibilities:
Apply skim coat to walls and ceilings to create a smooth surface.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning and repairing them before skimming.
Mix and apply plaster or other finishing materials.
Achieve a high-quality finish, ensuring surfaces are level and free from imperfections.
Work with different types of skimming materials to achieve desired textures.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project requirements.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Builder Responsibilities:
Interpret construction drawings and blueprints to determine project specifications.
Measure and mark materials for cutting and shaping.
Construct frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs, using various materials.
Install doors, windows, and other structural components.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion.
Perform tasks such as framing, roofing, and finishing work.
Operate and maintain hand and power tools.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
Requirements for Both Roles:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, with a focus on either skimming or building.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Relevant certifications for skimming (e.g., Plastering Certification) and building (e.g., Construction Certification).
Proficient in reading construction drawings and blueprints.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
