Our client is seeking to hire an hr intern

Responsibilities

-Assist recruiters in screening and reviewing applications

-Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates

-Update company employee database as necessary

-Draft, review, and send offer and rejection notices

-Answer recruitment-related inquiries from applicants when needed

-Assist in the onboarding process for successful candidates

-Research market salary data and assist in planning compensation packages

-Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other HR-relevant documents

-Respond to staff questions about HR policies and procedures

HR Intern Requirements

Degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or another similar field
