Position Title: Head – Broadleaf Urban Homes Agency
Job Summary:
The Head of Broadleaf Urban Homes Agency will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s operations related to buying, selling, and leasing properties on behalf of clients. This leadership role involves strategic planning, business development, financial management, client relations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and support staff.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
4. Identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure new clients for property transactions.
5. Manage the company’s budget, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure profitability.
6. Develop marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or lease and attract potential clients.
7. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards in all transactions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience in a senior management role in the real estate industry, with a track record of success in property transactions.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, regulations, and best practices.
6. Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
7. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
8. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
9. Relevant real estate certifications or licenses
