The Role:

As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging your expertise to accelerate our growth trajectory. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and building and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads from inception to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
  • Build, Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the fintech or financial services industry. (Must)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing position.
