Chapa Classic Lodge in Livingstone is looking for a qualified and hospitality industry experienced self starter to fill in the role of Receptionist at our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist lodge guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Provide information about lodge facilities and local attractions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills may be advantageous.
- Certification or relevant qualifications for the specific position is a prerequisite.
- Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility in working hours and a positive attitude is highly valued.
- Livingstone residents are preferred.
