Hotel Front Office Assistant / Receptionist Lodge in Zambia

The overall responsibilities will be to work as the first point of contact at the Lodge reception and work as an administrative support staff in the efficient and cost effective operation.

Duties:

  • Attend to all visitors and clients requests in a hospitable manner and referring them to relevant superiors.
  • Writing and responding to all enquires via phone, email, social media.
  • Keep a record of all client interactions through phone, email or walk in visits with clients in a prescribed manner and retrieve them whenever required.
  • Assist in ensuring that the premises and the interiors are kept hygienically clean by the assigned personnel.
  • Any other administrative work and report writing as assigned from time to time.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Good understanding of hospitality customer service using person to person conversation, phone or emailing.
  • General hospitality administrative duties experience.
  • A minimum of a diploma in front office/general hospitality , Business Studies, Management Studies related field or related field.
  • At least two years in a similar position in hospitality industry.
