INSTRUCTIONS
This is a brief containing our website requirements. Please read through this brief thoroughly to ensure you understand the scope of the work we require.
To be eligible to participate you must know how to create a Squarespace website
We require a website with the following functionalities:
1. Instant Quotation/Invoice generation with the ability for said invoices to be seen by our accountants and sales office.
2. Booking system – Clients should be able to book appointments on our website and include their name, number and location as they book.
3. we will require our website to be able to support our online portfolio as well as allow for clients to download our price guides and portfolios for their own viewing.
4. We require that all the stages above collect client data such as their name, general location as well as their contact details especially a number we can call them on, one we can message them on WhatsApp with as well as their email address.
5. we will need the website to aid our online presence and visibility. We would need it to rank high or first (this will be better) whenever one searches for key words we shall provide to the selected web developer.
6. We will need CRM capability
7. A database that can alert us which clients we are yet to service and which ones requested a quotation but require a follow up.
8. Accounting software plug ins as approved by Zambia Revenue Authority.
9. In connection to point 8 above we would prefer digital receipt generation as well.
10. client private portal where clients can submit documents
11. we will need a point of sale and a fully functional online store
