Management and Oversight:

Oversee the development and implementation of tracking systems and processes.
Ensure adherence to tracking protocols and data quality standards.
Tracking and Reporting:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze tracking data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate tracking data and insights to stakeholders.
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, customer service) to ensure alignment on tracking goals.
Communicate tracking information and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors or partners involved in tracking systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tracking software and data analysis tools.
Understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
