Timely inspection (persons checking the conformity of packages and cargo with the description)
Offload goods meant for Mobile warehouse and physical inspection to be done accordingly.

Specific Job Responsibility
Check goods to Manifest
Correct delivery Print Shipment Report and items label as per order
Check physical goods with delivery docket or Invoice
Quality and quantity issue Proper documentation and reporting of damages or missing consignments, if any
Create inaccuracy report.
Print Goods Receipt with location
Put away stock in report Location.
File on the K-Drive and send Paper work to Finance.
Safeguard the items from losses and damages
Check and endorse/reject Certificate of Goods Received
Check and endorse/reject Certificate (lifting Equipment MSDS of Goods Received
Assist with the picking, verification and dispatch process
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Specific Competencies
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Access
Knowledge of ERP systems. (Pronto/SAP or similar ERP system is an added advantage
Experience with Warehouse Management Software
Experience with logistics and Warehouse Receiving practices
Knowledge of component storage and packing
Excellent public speaking skills
General knowledge of spare parts for HME and their uses
Excellent data interpretation and analysis.

Experience required to perform in this job
At least 1- 2 years working in a mining related job
Excellent data interpretation and analysis
Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements of the department’s and the organization’s Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standard
Excellent numeracy skills
Added advantage: procurement, warehousing or logistics experience
Qualifications
Diploma graduate Procurement related field
ZIPS certificate and member
CIPS Level 3 minimum
