GPS Offline and Repair Co-ordinator Spectrum Credit Limited

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GPS Offline and Repair Coordinator to join our Team. The jobholder is responsible for handling Offlines, scheduling Repairs, and coordinating tracking services. Provide exceptional customer support throughout the process, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and efficient coordination between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all offline immediately our Global Positioning System stops responding. Priotizing the Double offlines,primary and secondary,respectively.
  • Liaise with Fleet support team in regards to offline devices.
  • Liaise with SCL Team leads by providing information in regards to client and vehicle location.
  • Schedule appointments for motor vehicle Repairs,Involve SCL Team lead if need.
  • Set record-keeping method, which consists either of written documentation for tracker repair based on customer availability and technician availability.

  • Determine Tracker Maintenance Intervals especially during re-valuations of motor Vehicles.
  • Solicit Feedback from Technician after a repair to make improvements that increase the value of works and reduce the risk
  • Confirmation of device status after repair is done and after Installation.
  • Coordinate with the Fitment QC & and the Client for any queries or concerns raised during a repair
  • Maintain a well-organized appointment schedule, making necessary adjustments when needed.
  • Confirm appointments with customers and provide necessary instructions to the Technician.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of information and repair follow up and escalation as per SLA
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and repair services.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulations related to valuations and tracking services.

Requirements:

a) Bachelor’s degree in International Relations/ Public Relations or any relevant qualification.

B) Experience in Customer service, Computer Science and Auto Electrical is an added advantage
