Team Lead ATM & POS

Reporting to: Country Manager IT Digital Channels
Business Unit: IT
Location: Lusaka

Job Purpose:

  • To provide support ATMs and POS (Hardware and Applications)

Responsibilities

  • Effective, timely application & hardware support
  • Operational and cost management
  • Stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
  • Accurate timely reporting
  • Governance Risk and Compliance Management
  • Effective teamwork, self-management
  • Sound technical knowledge of Digital Channels
  • Sound technical knowledge Of ATMs & POS systems and the
    relevant skills to support them
  • Sound technical knowledge Of various ATM applications (multiple
    vendor an added advantage)
  • Technical knowledge and experience of operating systems
    (Windows and Linux)
  • Able to work with databases
  • Knowledge of networks
  • Technical knowledge Of ATM hardware (multiple brands is an
    advantage)
  • Sound technical knowledge of Bank-world, Tieto switches and
    has the required strong technical skills to support them
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position

Candidate & Technical Requirements

  • Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits including English and
    Mathematics
  • Relevant degree in any IT or Business-related course
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
