Workshop Supervisor Electrical Rewinding Centre Ltd

Workshop Supervisor – Reporting directly to the Director, the Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of electricians, fitters, winders and boiler makers. This role will require a hands-on approach offering full support to other members of the team and promoting health and safety at all times. Full responsibility for staff management and administration will also be a requirement.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you may have previously worked in positions such as Workshop Supervisor/manager. You will also hold a degree or equivalent and have the relevant experience in electrical or mechanical engineering. You must hold a Full Zambian driving license.
