Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Supervisor Engineer to join our team. The Site Supervisor Engineer will play a critical role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in telecommunications and contribute to the success of high-profile projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation, commissioning, and integration of telecom equipment and infrastructure at project sites.
  • Knowledge of networking principals, Ethernet standards, power systems, and cable testing
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and safety regulations.
  • Resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during project implementation, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and report on performance metrics to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and as-built documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel, including training and mentoring as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in telecommunications project management, site supervision, or related roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecom equipment, systems, and protocols, with experience in installation, commissioning, and integration.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work in diverse environments as required.
