The Chefs will work at the school canteen overseeing its day-to-day operations.
Duties
- Food preparation, portioning, cooking and plating,
- Observing stock levels and supply needs and raising requisitions,
- Employing food safety practices and requirements according to institutional guidelines,
- Maintaining a clean and conducive Canteen area: interiors and exteriors; cleaning or any other relevant duties pertaining to kitchen work.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Should possess a minimum Grade 12 Certificate,
- Certificate in food production or equivalent,
- Health certificate from a reputable government Institution,
- Experience working in a school environment will be an added advantage.
