Role Outline :
The fundamental purpose of the position is to ensure Stonehouse receives and delivers the best quality produce in Zambia.
Responsibilities :
- Quality Management of our full product range within the SADC and COMESA regions.
- Design and implement a TQM system to ensure Stonehouse is providing the best possible quality to all it’s customers.
- Monitoring and Maintaining quality in all storage locations
- Coordinating with logistics team to ensure best cost delvieries.
- Managing Quality claims (In and Out)
- Confirming delivery and receiving quality
- Conducting and publishing weekly quality reports.
- Appointment of third party inspectors
- Managing the departmental budget
- Ensuring Statutory and export compliance
