Sales Area Managers x2 (1 Copperbelt, Northern, NW, DRC and 1 Central/East/South/West)

Role Outline:

The fundamental purpose of the position is to grow top line turnover and build a sales and marketing team that can cost effectively sell, market, and distribute the full Stonehouse product range.

Responsibilities:

  1. Growing the Top line turnover of Stonehouse Commodities within their regions.
  2. Successfully finding and onboarding new customers.
  3. Generating orders and increasing the amount of product sold by Stonehouse
  4. Maintaining good customer relationships.
  5. Informing logistics team of orders in good time to enable delivery.
  6. Coordinating with logistics team to ensure best cost deliveries.
  7. Confirming delivery completion
  8. Conducting a weekly market report that must include the following:
    1. Market price survey
    2. Competitor activity report
    3. Quality and customer feedback report.
