The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for recruiting, supervising, training and monitoring and motivating the handlers in the assigned region. You will be in charge of all company touchpoints in the specific region. The main responsibilities of the role are to increase the number of  customers and the awareness of the brand through constant consumer interaction , product use and gather feedback on product or service improvements.

Duties

a) Manage and lead a team handlers.

b) Recruiting of handlers

c) Looking for potential locations

d) Ensure availability of cash and float at all times.

e) Ensuring that invested capital is safe and protected

f) Revenue growth, pushing the handlers to generate more revenue and push for more channel transactions.

g) Communicate company goals, safety practices to the handlers.

h) Motivates team members and assesses performance.

i) Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.

j) Identify opportunities to improve consumer experience

l) Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Have Green NRC

2. Diploma in any related field

3. Experience in Marketing and field work

4. Experience in managing a team will be added advantage.

5. Able to work independently while being a team player

6. Ability to recruit potential agents

7. Strong Geographical Knowledge of the market

8. Excellent reporting skills

9. Proficient in computer use
