Salesperson E-zanlife Limited

E-zanlife Limited, is the number suppliers of Solar energy equipment for both domestic and industrial use to households and businesses that lack reliable access to the electric grid or need a backup power system in Zambia. E-zanlife Limited is looking for salesperson to plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

1. Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

2. Experience and Qualifications

knowledge of and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)

At least 1 year experience in a related field
