Branch Coordinator – Solwezi

Background

A multinational corporation with massive investment in construction and mining dealing in scaffolding and formwork/falsework (hire & sales) seeks to fill in the following position:

1. Branch Coordinator – Solwezi

SCOPE and PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To assist the Branch in the daily workflow in adherence to prescribed administration best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound and outbound calls (where appropriate)

· Completion of Finance Administration

· Manage cash and credit activities for the branch

· Issue, receive and order of controlled stationery

· Conduct random cash and credit spot checks and ensure all collections are taking place

· Collate and record all documents of cash and credit activities

· Finalise and close off cash and credit analysis

· Capture in store voucher on recon assist

· Capture, collate and manage petty cash in accordance with Best Admin Practice.

· Human Resources Administration

· Update and maintain HR notice board with adverts, legislation, staffing and training

· Maintain employee files for the branch

· Submit training registers to H.O.

· Furnish H.O. with HR information as may be required from the branch/employees.

· Analyse stock reports to ensure risk compliance and identify exceptions/variances

· Maintain all systems, methods, and procedures (SMP’s) relating to cash analysis and credit.

 

Educational Background:

· Minimum Grade 12

· Tertiary qualification in Administration/ Accounting
