Under the supervision of the Procurement Officer.

Main responsibilities:

1. Evaluating suppliers, products, and services.

2. Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.

3. Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers.

4. Ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

5. Maintain purchase records and other important data.

6. Support operational requirements.

7. Planning for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.

8. Monitoring and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.

9. Reviewing, comparing, evaluating and approving products and services.

10. Maintaining and updating supplier Information.

11. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Requirements/skills:

1. Certificate/Diploma in Procurement.

2. Microsoft Office programs.

3. Deal with confidential matters in a professional manner.

4. Team worker.

5. Able to perform under stress.

6. Drivers Licence.

7. Experience on Construction area will be a bonus.
