It surpasses in cost effectiveness solutions for all aspects of security among a comprehensive range of security services. The Company provides manned guarding (Residential and Commercial), Electronic Security (CCTV installations and monitoring) Fleet management and Tracking services, Investigation services including protection for a wide range of leisure and retail outlets. We also cater for Events security, crowd control, VIP protection, construction sites, private parties, and a variety of other functions. We are seeking an enthusiastic sales and marketing Specialist to join the team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our sales and marketing goals.

JOB PURPOSE

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage the prospecting and building networks of customers, He/She should have creative and innovative lead generating techniques to exceed set goals and have excellent interpersonal communication/ selling skills which should result in closing deals quickly. He/She should work closely with Management and the sales team to identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in the company’s client base.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other business-related discipline as a minimum.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience as Sales and Marketing personnel, Experience in the Security firm will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • A valid driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate a marketing strategy for the organization and monitor its implementation
  • Develop and coordinate a pipeline for the department to ensure sales targets are meet
  • Managing documentation, templates, and statistics for the department
  • Handle activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creatives
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage digital marketing activities,
  • Lead the sales & marketing team in developing plans to help establish brand visibility
  • Research and source potential clients
  • Managing the Sales Representatives, their quality of work, routines, and training
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports
