Responsibilities
Planning
Coordinating all Production activities
Controlling all resources
Overseeing the production processes
Ordering resources required for production
Ensuring adequate stock levels
Assessing project and resource requirements
Ensuring health and Safety regulations are met
Requirements
Diploma in Production Management
Leadership Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Knowledge of manufacturing, Production and processes
Ability to Use, Repair and maintain machines
Ability to minimize Production cost and reduce wastage
Problem solving, Result oriented, diligent and focussed
