Position: Enterprenureship Facilitator
Place of Position: Kabwe South (1), Ndola (1)
Main Role: To manage ordinate entrepreneurship programs and its implementation in the project.
Job Description
- Ensure discipleship is contexutualised in all enterprenureship program implementation as a cross cutting issue
- Ensure partinership engagement and collaboration in all enterprenureship program implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate microloan group performance and other enterprenureship programs to measure success and address any setbacks urgently.
- Ensure microloan groups are mobilised and selected from the different communities where partiner churches are located.
- In consultation with the development facilitator, ensure schools benefiting from grants and OVC aninmal empowerment beneficiaries are mobilised and selected from the different communities where partiner churches are located.
- Handle all communication on enterprenureship to and from the project/National office confidentially and efficiently.
- Ensure all microloan group are educated to deposit all pay backs on microloans into the microloan project account and the deposit slip handed over to the bookeepre for reconciliations
- Ensure effective and efficient meticulous record keeping of all enterprenureship activities
- Prepare and share monthly, quarterly and annual reports with the Project Partinership Committee
- Update the microloan tracker monthly for sharing with the Project partinership committee and submission to the enterprenureship coordinater
- Submit reports shared with the Project Partinership Committee to the enterprenureship coordinator
- Together with other staff prepare and submit timely monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the national office

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, and email)
- Proven ability of working in teams
- Strong organisational and innovative skills
- Strong report writing skills
- Significant proven ability in basic business management, basic project management and budget development and management.
- Self-starter, Strong facilitation skills and Strong people management skills, and Strong organisational ability

Desired Qualifications
- Full grade 12, Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent
Desirables
- Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Education, Social Work, Development Studies.
- Experience working with NGOs, Christian based organisation, micro-finance or Accounting enterprises
