Administrative Coordinator Private

We need a coordinator who has a minimum of 2 years of administration experience in Zambia. The mineral the applicant will be working with is Marble. This position requires applicants to stay at the mining site in our employee campsite.

Job Duties Include:

1) Track and measure all final production and send daily reports to upper management.

2) Take daily attendance of manual labor and maintain records of daily wages and salaries.

3) Procure, track and record diesel input and output. Managing theft and pilferage would be an essential task.

4. Should be efficient with photography for final mineral output.

5. Strong communication skills required for managing labor and daily workers.

Qualifications:

1. Engineering Background, with atleast 2-3 years of work experience.

2. Should possess Driving License.

3. Efficient in Microsoft excel and bookkeeping.

4. Advantageous if tech savvy.
