Internal Audit Manager Agricultural and Commercial Cooperative Society of Zambia Limited

The Agricultural and Commercial Cooperative Society of Zambia Limited (ACSZ) is registered under the Cooperative Societies Act No. 20 of 1998 and has a broad-based membership of individuals, organisations, and companies. The Society now seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced self-motivated Zambians to fill the position of INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER, who will report to the Internal Audit Manager.

Responsibilities are as follows:
1. Ensure that the Society complies with internal regulations and established control systems.
2. Design audit schedules, plans and memorandum
3. Monitors Society’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
4. Conduct audit inspections and verifications of all systems.
5. Reviewing the adequacy of controls established to ensure compliance with policies, plans, procedures, and business objectives.
6. Supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of end-to-end audit processes
7. Responsible for identification of risks and ensuring that such risks are minimized.  articipates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.

Academic requirements

Full Grade 12 or GCE ‘O’ Level, must be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy, must have Full CIMA, ACCA, CIA, CA-Zambia. Possess professional membership with of IIA with a minimum of five (5) years internal audit experience.
