Personal Assistant – Paid Intern Inspireme Trading

ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Preparing communications on behalf of founder
  2. Answering phone calls & responding to queries
  3. Organizing and planning meetings, travel itineraries and other logistics requirements
  4. Conducting and preparing any research that the founder may require
  5. Assisting founder with content creation & social media management of client’s portfolio
  6. Scheduling on-time deliveries of products and raw materials
  7. Offering secretarial services to our walk-in clients
  8. Performing administrative work as assigned
  9. Work as the founder’s right-hand person and perform other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer literate
  • Verbal and written eloquence
  • Professional discretion
  • Efficiency
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Strong organization skills

EDUCATION BACKGROUND / SKILLS

A public relations background is a bonus. If not, any qualification in business administration, marketing or personnel management will be considered.

WAGES

  1. Base wage of K1000 every month
  2. 10% commission from content creation clients (10% can range between K350 and K1500 monthly)
