ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing communications on behalf of founder
- Answering phone calls & responding to queries
- Organizing and planning meetings, travel itineraries and other logistics requirements
- Conducting and preparing any research that the founder may require
- Assisting founder with content creation & social media management of client’s portfolio
- Scheduling on-time deliveries of products and raw materials
- Offering secretarial services to our walk-in clients
- Performing administrative work as assigned
- Work as the founder’s right-hand person and perform other tasks as assigned

- Computer literate
- Verbal and written eloquence
- Professional discretion
- Efficiency
- Well-developed time management skills
- Strong organization skills
EDUCATION BACKGROUND / SKILLS
A public relations background is a bonus. If not, any qualification in business administration, marketing or personnel management will be considered.
WAGES
- Base wage of K1000 every month
- 10% commission from content creation clients (10% can range between K350 and K1500 monthly)
