Our successful Housekeeping Supervisors …
- supervise all functions of Housekeeping, including rostering, assigning tasks, stock takes, monitoring guest supply and requests, recording room losses and implementing corrective
actions - build and maintain a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
- fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
- monitor maintenance needs and contractors’ performance throughout the rooms, public areas, front of house and back of house
- facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded
- work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
If you have these qualifications, join our team:
- Grade 12; diploma in hospitality or equivalent
- computer literacy – Word, Excel & Outlook
- numeracy skills
- minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
