Our successful Pastry Chef…
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
- Have knowledge of various pastry techniques, eye to detail and creativity
- Check quality and monitor stocks for baking ingredients
- Prepare a wide variety of deserts for the day
- Possess knowledge of hygiene principles, food preparation and nutrition
Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade twelve (12) certificate
- Minimum of a Diploma in Food Production
- Minimum of two (02) years’ work experience in a similar establishment
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Highly innovative and artistic
