We are looking for a Work-Place Lead to join our team.

LOCATION: SCB HEAD OFFICE LUSAKA
DEPARTMENT: FACILITIES
DIRECT REPORT – COUNTRY PROPERTY MANAGER, SCB ZAMBIA

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To coordinate site activities and manage contract portfolio effectively with personnel on ground. To maintain and improve operations and deliverables of the facility and efficient management of materials when handling site resources.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Responsible for delivery of Service to Client in line with contract between GPFI, JLL& SCB.

·         Implement sustainable work schedule for site operations in line with the company’s strategy and business objective.

·         Maintain site operation and technical documentation.

·         Review all tasks/project before client inspection.

·         Responsible for continuous review of direct reports KPIs, performance with departmental performance metrics to clearly define deliverables and ensure company requirement in terms of technical operations, service delivery, qualities of work are met as well as client satisfaction.

·         Develop planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Schedule and drive all maintenance processes for all site plants and equipment based on their peculiarities to ensure preventive maintenance are carried out and strictly adhered.

·         Ensure effective site management through regular meetings with Direct reports.

·         Manage contract budget and ensure achievement of financial targets.

·         Support and interface with client’s facility department or Manager to ensure efficient & smooth operations of facility in accordance to client’s operations standard and procedures.

·         Ensure HSE compliance.

·         Perform every other task assigned by the Client’s Facilities team as the client deem fit.

·         Liaise with the procurement department on supplier management.

·         Ensure compliance with all identified risks.

·         Align service delivery in line with company processes and client standard of operations.

Education/Professional Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Architectural/Quantity Surveying/Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Estate/property management or Master in Facility Management.

·         Relevant certification courses are added advantage (ProFM, MFM, CFM, FMP)

·         Must be member of a relevant professional bodies.

·         Previous experience working in a diverse environment with complex systems
