Key Responsibilities will be:
- Providing excellent customer service by making information instantly available
- Persists in sales to meet their sales target.
- Demonstrating honesty and integrity when dealing with clients.
- Upholding company image
- Scheduling meetings and appointments with clients
- Going in the field to source for new business leads
- Submitting daily, weekly and monthly sales report
- Making product knowledge instantly available to him/herself and other Salespeople via various resources
- Finding different ways to sell products, should use lots of initiative
- Researching client base in order to find new customers and develop new sales leads.
- Building a good rapport with clients to ensure Customer Retention
- Creating and analyze a plan for engaging the target customers market
- Analyzing the competition in order to create a plan for making engagement.
- Demonstrating time management skills and meets the deadlines for sales
Candidate must posses the following:
- A Grade 12 Certificate
- A minimum of 3 years hands on work experience as a Marketing Personnel
- Able communicate in a professional manner.
- Ability to plan and organize.
- A passion for excellent Customer services
- Be computer literate
- Be able to work under pressure.
