The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:
Grade 12 School Certificate
Trade/Professional certificate in Food Production
Minimum of 1 year experience in Food Production
Ability to follow recipes.
Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Effective communication skills
