Executive Chef
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- Diploma or Professional qualification in Food Production
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to supervise the kitchen team.
- Good leadership qualities
- High degree of attention to details
