Branch Manager – Ndola Drake and Gorham (Z) Ltd

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overseeing and managing the Company’s branch in Ndola including the  execution of all Projects and Service works allocated to the Ndola Branch: HVAC-R, Escalator & Elevator works

2. Leading all teams of Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians

3. Preparation and submission of Tenders and Quotations as well as HVAC-R designs

4.  Cost and budget control for all works executed by the Ndola Branch

5.  Stock Control and monitoring of materials and equipment to various projects and sites

6.  Promoting, marketing and selling of all products, equipment and services in the company’s portfolio

7.  The acquisition of new jobs and clients

8.  Maintain good relationship with existing clients, consultants and suppliers

Qualifications & Skills

1.  University Degree/Advanced diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in HVAC-R

2.  Experience of 5 – 8years or more in a similar managerial position

3.  Computer literate, fully conversant in particular with AutoCAD and MS Office software packages.

4.  Must not be less than 40 years old
