Summary of post
The M&E Officer will be responsible for coordinating the input, analysis and dissemination of data
across all districts, ensuring high quality and timely inputs. They will make sure that all documents, databases, reports and tools are organised, up to date and accessible. They will support district teams to implement the M&E activities and ensure that the reporting of all project data is timely and accurate.
Key Skills
Above all, you need to be a highly motivated, resourceful, adaptable and self-sufficient individual with an excellent experience and proficiency in data entry.
M&E Experience: You need to have, or be able to develop, a strong understanding of M&E and data entry but you are not expected to be an M&E expert at induction.

- An excellent complement to Tackle’s Values and Behaviours with a willingness to get involved with all areas of Monitoring and Evaluation
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience of entering data using DHIS2 system
- Knowledge of data cleansing and storage
