An Events Management Company wishes to recruit an Office Administrator with the following:

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum of a certificate in a business related field
  • 2 Years experience as an office administrator
  • Experience in the Events/Hospitality will be an added advantage
  • Must be Computer literate

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Support bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records
  • Track stock and orders of items in the warehouse
  • Submit timely reports
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
