Sales Representatives x2 Natkos Distributors Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Maintaining positive business relationship with customers to maximize sales
  2. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  3. Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  4. Ensuring that customer’s satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis
  5. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  6. Continuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  7. Expedite the resolutions of customer’s problems and complaints to maximize customer’s satisfactions
  8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  9. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  10. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  11. Ensuring that the company procedures and laid down rules are followed
  12. Ensuring that customers are properly welcomed
  13. Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on the 5th of every month
  14. Ensuring that the working place is clean at all times
  15.  Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a full G12 certificate
  • Must have a tertiary qualification in any field.
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have good problem solving and decision making skills.
