We are therefore inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:
POSITION: BREWING AND UTILITIES ENGINEER
LOCATION: LUSAKA
CONTRACT: PERMANENT
Reporting to the Plant Engineer, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
- Managing safety, healthy and risk-free working environment
- Drive asset care and autonomous maintenance for the section
- Managing and developing team
- Optimizing team processes
- Optimizing plant and equipment availability and reliability
- Optimizing process performance
- Managing planned maintenance system integrity and optimal usage
- Facilitating team problem solving and decision making
- Ensuring redundancy of utilities plant and equipment
- Maintenance reliability, availability, and cost management
The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements;
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related Engineering field
- 5 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment
- SAP experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Microsoft office including excel, word, power point.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
