Job Summary: We are seeking to hire enthusiastic and customer-oriented recent graduates to join our team as Waitresses. As a Waitress, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist customers with their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and ensure their prompt delivery to the kitchen.
4. Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
5. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide additional assistance as needed.
6. Process payments, handle cash transactions, and accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, seating areas, and service stations.
9. Assist in setting up tables, arranging decorations, and preparing the restaurant for service.
10. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
11. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and create a positive work environment.
12. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

1. Recent graduate or equivalent qualification in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays of food or drinks when necessary.
8. Must be polite and should speak good English.
9. Must come from the following locations Garden, Rhodespark and North mead.
