Administrative Assistant Lusen Construction LTD

Lusen Construction is a privately owned construction company based in Lusaka Zambia that has been in the construction business for over 10 years, we pride ourselves having served and been part of major construction projects in country for both government and the private sector including NGO’s.
Lusen now seeks the services of:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing all office secretarial works and keep all documents up to date
  • Attending to Clients and answering and responding to all call and emails
  • Typing and photocopying company works as requested
  • Manage all office equipment and running company errands
  • All other Works as requested by the MD

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies/Business Studies/Public Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Word
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
  • 3 – 5 years prior work experience (working in a construction sector will be an added advantage)

  • Able learn on the job and attentive to detail
  • Capable of showing initiative
  • Highly motivated
  • Should have a valid driving license
