RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Leading and managing a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, and providing guidance and support.
3. Identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
5. Creating and executing effective marketing campaigns across the territory.
6. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and reporting to senior management regularly.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as business development and supply chain, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Staying current with industry developments and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar senior role.
2. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
5. In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
6. Proficiency in utilizing CRM and other sales and marketing tools.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
8. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
