Marketing Manager Private

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing and evolving our Marketing strategy to drive development.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Developing strategic marketing campaigns to achieve business results and drive brand awareness and engagement.
2. Ensuring that marketing plans and messaging are aligned with the overall business strategy, reinforcing brand positioning, and effectively reaching targeted audiences.
3. Designing and delivering scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content tailored to clients’ and prospects’ needs and interests.
4. Supporting integrated marketing and communications across various channels, including internal, external, PR, digital, social, and web platforms.
5. Acting as a brand champion, both internally and externally, to ensure full compliance with brand guidelines and messaging across all marketing solutions.
6. Working closely with different stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic marketing plans, defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results.
7. Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
8. Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication, including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success stories.
9. Developing and executing the Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Marketing budget
10. Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
11. Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
12. Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
13. Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
14. Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
15. Staying up to date with market developments and competitor strategies to continuously refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
3. Events Management preferred
4. Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
5. Good knowledge of various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing.
6. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
7. Must thrive in a fast paced environment
