Job Description: As a Marketing and Social Media Executive at Mercury Express Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our marketing and social media strategies. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and optimizing our online presence. If you have a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and proficiency in various digital tools, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop creative and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website.
  • Copywriting: Craft persuasive and effective copy for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns and marketing efforts.
  • Digital Advertising: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns using platforms like Meta Business Suites and Meta Ads.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including product launches, promotional campaigns, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media tools such as Meta Business Suites and Meta Ads.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with softwares like Canva or PosterMyWall.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
