Credit Manager FurnCity Zambia

  • The Credit Manager will report to the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities and accountability:

  • Capturing correct customer data, interview customers in terms of credit granting, submit credit application for approval, give feedback to customer from authorities department, complete credit agreement and ensure compliancy with company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that cash deposits are done according to Policy and procedure, reconciling cash taken to cash on the system, ensuring that cash is deposited in the bank in accordance with Policy and Procedure, ensuring that deposits are paid over to Cash Management companies in accordance with Policy and procedure
  • Ensure that customers pay monthly full instalments, collect the arrear instalments of customers, ensuring initial and additional payments are collected
  • Facilitation of insurance claims, ensure that collection procedures are followed in accordance with Policy and procedure
  • Supervision of staff
